When you send a message through the contact form, we store your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), subject and the text of the message. This data is used solely to reply to your enquiry.
In carrying out its statutory mandate, the KPCVA publishes lists of received claims. These contain the claim number, municipality, cadastral zone, parcel number, address and the names of the parties, and can also be queried through the search on this website. Publication serves to notify the parties concerned and any third parties who may have an interest in the property.
For employees with editing rights we store the name, official email address, the password in encrypted form, and a log of actions (sign-in, create, update, delete, publish) together with the date and IP address. The log serves only the security and traceability of changes to the website.
The server hosting the website keeps technical request logs (date and time, IP address, requested page, browser type). These are used only for the operation, diagnostics and security of the website and are not combined with contact form data.
To know which pages are useful and how people find us, we keep a simple count of visits. It runs on our own server, with no Google Analytics and no external service.
What is stored: date and time, the address of the page opened, the chosen language, the site the visitor came from (for example a search engine or a social network), the device type, the browser and the operating system.
What is not stored: your IP address is never stored and no cookie is set. Instead a hashed code is created that changes every midnight: within a single day it allows distinct visitors to be counted, but it cannot be turned back into an IP address and it does not follow you from one day to the next. This counting is not used for profiling, is not shared with third parties and is not combined with any other data.
If your browser sends the «Do Not Track» or «Global Privacy Control» signal, your visit is not recorded at all.
This website uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social network pixel or comparable service. Visits are counted without cookies and without storing IP addresses — see point 2.5. Only cookies strictly necessary for the system to work are used, and these require no prior consent under the law:

These cookies are technical, are not read by third parties and are not used for profiling. Fonts and design assets are served from our own server, with no requests to third parties.
The contact page offers a Google Maps map, and some pages offer YouTube videos. This content does not load automatically. A placeholder with an explanation is shown instead, and the content loads only after you click the button. Until you click, no data from your browser is sent to Google. Once you click, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies; from that moment Google’s privacy policy applies.
The map shows only the neighbourhood of the office. No wider view is offered, and none of your search activity reaches the Agency.

Under Law No. 06/L-082 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:

The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only in encrypted form and cannot be read by any employee. Only authorised employees can access contact form messages, and every action they take is logged.
