The Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency (KPCVA) strongly rejects the false statements made by Mr. Petar Petković regarding a property case in northern Kosovo, considering them a dangerous attempt at politicization and disinformation.

The case mentioned, involving the property of the Ferki Shipoli family, was addressed as early as 2005, when it was confirmed that he is the lawful possessor of the property. KPCVA implements final decisions of legal institutions in accordance with its mandate and the applicable legal framework.

The return of property is carried out through regular legal procedures and applies to any unlawful occupation, regardless of the ethnicity or status of the involved party.

Statements such as that made by Mr. Petar Petković are unacceptable, as they incite tension and undermine the rule of law and coexistence.

KPCVA remains committed to the fair, equal, and lawful implementation of its mandate.
