The Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency (KPCVA) has commenced sending notifications regarding immovable properties as part of its mandate for the legal recognition and formalization of property rights (informality).

This step marks the start of an important process aimed at addressing and resolving matters related to the formalization of property rights.

The notifications serve to identify properties, inform the concerned parties, and facilitate review and decision-making by the relevant KPCVA Commission.

Through this process, KPCVA ensures a fair, lawful, and transparent approach to handling property matters affecting the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
