The Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency (KPCVA) has successfully conducted a training on the coordination of verification mechanisms in the processing and review of applications for legal recognition and formalization of property rights.

The verification process, as a key element in the processing and review of applications, was addressed through an analysis of existing procedures, with the aim of strengthening coordination among the relevant mechanisms and defining concrete steps for more efficient, unified, and transparent verification and case processing.

Through this training, KPCVA aims to ensure that, following the decision-making process by the Commission, decisions are complete, accurate, and based on reliable evidence, in full compliance with the applicable legislation.

KPCVA remains committed to the continuous strengthening of professional capacities in order to fulfill its legal and institutional responsibilities in the handling of cases.
