The Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency (KPCVA), represented by Ms Afërdita Beka Arifaj, Executive Director, and the Kosovo Cadastral Agency (KCA), represented by Mr Faik Kelmendi, Acting Executive Director, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at supporting the implementation of KPCVA’s legal mandate and strengthening interinstitutional cooperation.

The Memorandum aims to enhance institutional efficiency, property data verification processes, and coordination between the two institutions, thereby contributing to the more effective exercise of the mandate and fulfilment of their legal responsibilities.

KPCVA and KCA remain committed to implementing the Memorandum and further strengthening their cooperation in support of legal certainty and the protection of property rights
