The KPCVA is committed to providing the media with the best possible assistance. To this end, the agency will adhere to the following principles:

1. The Agency will respond to all media inquiries;

2. The KPCVA will strive to provide a prompt response, but may require additional time to verify facts before issuing a statement;

3. The KPCVA is unable to provide individualized statements for specific inquiries. If the media requires such comments, the KPCVA can only provide general statements regarding procedures and regulations;

4. The KPCVA is unable provide the media with copies of the documents submitted by the parties to the claim. However, all decisions issued by the Housing Property Claims Commission and the Kosovo Property Claims Commission are available to the public. These decisions will be published on our website as soon as they are after notification to all parties in the claim;

5. To ensure timely consideration of media inquiries, please follow these guidelines:

• If possible, TV and radio stations should send their specific inquiries before the recording session to facilitate a more efficient response.
