Organized by Mrs. Afërdita Beka Arifaj, Director of the Executive Secretariat of the Kosovo
Property Comparison and Verification Agency (KPCVA), the regular meeting of the Agency’s
Supervisory Board was held on 27 March 2024. In this meeting, the Supervisory Board
unanimously approved the items of the agenda presented for approval, including the 2023
KPCVA Annual Report, which was subsequently forwarded to the Assembly of the Republic of
Kosovo.
The Supervisory Board was also informed on the new KPCVA Organizational Chart, which had
previously received the necessary approvals from the relevant Ministries and Institutions, as
required by Law.
Mrs. Beka Arifaj also provided updates to the Supervisory Board on the current work and
ongoing processes within the KPCVA, including the reactivation of the property administration
and the implementation of the voluntary rental scheme, informality, and other processes. Cases
of agreement through mediation were highlighted as successful activities.
